Operations (Sea Freight – Pricing & Development)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update sea freight costings (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Support RFQ, rate enquiries, and key client pricing requests
• Assist in MSR maintenance and pricing support for operations & billing
• Conduct GP analysis and identify opportunities for profit improvement
• Support vendor management, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Work with regional teams to improve pricing, utilisation, and market share
• Prepare GP, vendor, and profit share reports for management

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Up to $4.2k
• Changi South (EXPO MRT)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ freight forwarding experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of CW1 is an advantage
• Analytical, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
