Operations & Site Support Coordinator
As our Operations & Site Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial GM, the Sales Department and other members of the Senior Management Team for PFS Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This is a one-year temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role (with flexible working arrangements) based at our Wooburn Green location.
- Provides administrative support as appropriate to the General Manager, Sales Department & Leadership team (LT) members.
- Coordinate (proactively) all LT, Sales Team and Quarterly Business Review meetings (& other meetings on request), conferences, training programs etc. including meeting invitations, agendas, follow up on action items, liasing with customer secretaries; travel, venue, equipment, catering etc.
- Coordinate gathering monthly reports from LT & Sales Team members and collate into first draft of monthly management report.
- Manage the Leadership Team based travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings. Assist with general travel arrangements as required.
- Act as interface between the sales team and the Shared Service Centre Finance Team with regard to expenses and invoices. Manage discrepancy log.
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience including experience working for senior management within a commercial environment.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office – able to create reports and presentations to a high standard in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to manipulate data within Excel including the use of formulae.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - articulate and fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Professional approach and presentation, able to interact confidently and credibly with senior management, team members and external customers. Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, able to multi-task and keep track of several different activities at once.

Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range for this role is 21,910 - 35,056 GBP / year.
