TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

You will be working on various administrative tasks within our back office department, where your accuracy and communication skills will be highly valuable. In total, around 20 colleagues work across the different back office teams. It is a friendly team with room for initiative.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Checking and processing incoming orders;
  • Order monitoring processes;
  • Maintaining telephone contact with customers;
  • Responsibility for sales order processing;
  • Responsibility for following up on sales orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

Our ideal Operations Support Specialist:

  • MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level;
  • Ambitious mindset and results-oriented approach;
  • Customer-friendly, careful and accurate;
  • Available between 32 and 40 hours per week;
  • Ideally fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written), but candidates who are only fluent in English are also welcome.
