Operations Team Member - Global Liquidity and Account Services

As a Global Liquidity and Account Services Operations Analyst, you will support product setup, onboarding, and maintenance across multiple systems. You will monitor transactions and workflow queues, investigate breaks, and respond to stakeholder inquiries. You will produce and analyze reporting for internal and external audiences and support testing and project initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to identify root causes and recommend solutions, escalating issues as needed.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform product setup, onboarding, and maintenance across required systems and applications.
  • Monitor transaction completeness and reconcile activity across multiple systems and workflow queues.
  • Generate, analyze, and deliver reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and investigate accounting breaks and support timely resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with accurate, well-supported answers.
  • Initiate payment instructions to support defined business purposes and operational processes.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Support and participate in product and system testing, including UAT preparation and execution activities.
  • Contribute to initiatives and projects, including process improvements and change delivery.
  • Identify root causes and recommend solutions aligned to client requirements and operational needs.
  • Escalate issues to senior leadership and stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills with a focus on accurate execution.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in a volume and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field.
  • Experience in operations supporting liquidity, cash management, or investment products.
  • Experience with workflow queue management and transaction monitoring.
  • Experience performing reconciliations and break investigations.
  • Experience producing management information and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience supporting product or system testing activities.
  • Experience participating in process improvement or change initiatives.
