Operations Technician

Responsibilities:

• To perform daily routine data center tasks, such as cabling of network equipment and servers, labeling of cables and inventory, physical racking/removal of servers, escorting vendors or other staff into the data center, auditing inventory, and handling shipping/receiving for the data center.

• To provide technical support on data center infrastructure as needed.

• To follow up with customer requests, documentation, consult with senior staff as needed, and ensure all aspects of the data center is meticulously maintained.

• To ensure that work needs to be performed according to standard operating procedures.

• Entry level experience is expected.
