  1. Operate\n and monitor in\-process water treatment and recycling systems to ensure\n consistent water quality.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  2. Maintain\n proper operation of pumps, filters, tanks, dosing systems and associated\n treatment equipment.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  3. Record\n flow rates, pressure, pH, conductivity and other critical parameters in\n log sheets as per SOP.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  4. Perform\n routine back washing, cleaning and regeneration of filters or treatment\n units as required.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  5. Ensure\n treated water meets internal process specifications before supplying to\n production areas.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  6. Coordinate\n with laboratory for periodic water quality testing and report deviations\n immediately.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  7. Maintain\n chemical dosing systems and ensure safe handling and storage of treatment\n chemicals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  8. Conduct\n regular inspection of pipelines, valves and tanks to prevent leakage or\n contamination.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  9. Maintain\n proper housekeeping and ensure compliance with GMP and safety practices in\n the water treatment area.<\/span>

  10. Assist\n in troubleshooting operational problems and support preventive maintenance\n of the water treatment system.<\/span>

    Machine Operators\-13 Positions<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span>1. Ensure thorough cleaning of the equipment; document equipment\nreadiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>

    2. Verify availability of utilities before and during\noperation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    3. Collect and send in\-process samples to QC as per defined\nintervals; take corrective steps in case of OOS results following approved\nSOPs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span>4. Identify and report issues or abnormal noise to the supervisor and document them in the\nlogbook.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    5. Regularly inspect and maintain all slurry feed pumps, vacuum\npumps, and control valves to prevent blockages, slurry loss, or pressure\nsurges.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    6. Ensure proper use of PPE such as gloves, face shield, boots,\nand apron during handling of slurry, wash water, or any utility; follow all\nsafety protocols.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    7. Accurately record batch number, lot number, slurry flow rate,\nfiltrate quantity, cleaning activity, QC results, and operation times in the\nBMR and logbooks as per GDP and cGMP standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
