Oracle Consultant (Integration & HCM)

The Oracle Consultant will be responsible for the technical implementation and seamless data flow between the AI platform<\/b> and the customer\u2019s Oracle Fusion HCM<\/b> environment. You will ensure that employee data, organizational structures, and leave management workflows are accurately synchronized to power intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • System Integration:<\/b> Lead the technical configuration between client and Oracle Fusion HCM<\/b> or Oracle ERP modules.
    <\/li>
  • Data Mapping:<\/b> Define and execute API mapping references and data flow validation between Oracle Cloud services and the AI platform.
    <\/li>
  • UAT Support:<\/b> Partner with the customer's Oracle IT leads to run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign\-off on integration milestones.
    <\/li>
  • Technical Troubleshooting:<\/b> Debug REST API connections, webhooks, and data sync issues specific to the Oracle ecosystem.
    <\/li>
  • Documentation:<\/b> Maintain detailed configuration guides and runbooks for Oracle\-specific integration patterns.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements
    <\/h3>
    • Technical Expertise:<\/b> 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM<\/b> or Oracle Cloud ERP<\/b>.
      <\/li>
    • Integration Skills:<\/b> Proven experience with Oracle APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar middleware.
      <\/li>
    • Background:<\/b> Strong understanding of HRIS workflows (Employee lifecycle, Org charts, Payroll data).
      <\/li>
    • Soft Skills:<\/b> Ability to manage relationships with C\-level IT leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
