Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant – Contract to Fulfilment (C2F)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full‑time regular, hybrid work arrangement
The job
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion C2F Consultant to strengthen our end‑to‑end fulfilment operations. This role supports the full lifecycle from customer contract intake through delivery execution and operational handover. You will provide support across global regions and ensure system reliability and user satisfaction and will partner closely with Sales, Order Management, Services, and Finance teams to ensure seamless fulfilment processes and high data integrity across Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Key responsibilities
Provide functional support for fulfilment‑related Oracle Fusion modules such as Subscriptions, Revenue Management and related integrations.
Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and support enhancements across contract‑to‑fulfilment workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Finance stakeholders to convert fulfilment and contract requirements into functional system solutions.
Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates with a focus on C2F process testing and documentation.
Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across fulfilment and operational delivery processes.
Essential requirements
5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, in Oracle Subscriptions, RMCS and Accounts Receivable.
Strong understanding of the Contract‑to‑Fulfilment lifecycle, including contract validation, fulfilment tracking, delivery execution, and operational handover.
Experience supporting global business stakeholders and distributed teams.
Familiarity with change management, compliance considerations, and integrated processes across Sales, Services, and Finance.
Fluency in English.
Desirable Skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Oracle Subscriptions, RMCS and Receivables
- Experience with e-invoicing solutions
- Experience with the following:
- Oracle Order Management
- Mulesoft
- Salesforce
- BI Publisher, or OTBI
- Groovy scripts
- Experience with global localisations
