Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant – PPM and RMCS
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The job
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion PPM and RMCS Consultant to deliver high‑quality support across our global procurement and payables operations. You’ll help ensure our end‑to‑end procurement processes run smoothly—from supplier onboarding to invoice processing—while empowering business teams to make the most of the Oracle Fusion platform. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, supplier collaboration, and overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle PPM, Project Contracts & RMCS Functional Ownership
Provide functional ownership and support for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Contracts, and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules, including:
contract and project creation
funding, baselining, and billing setups
project planning, costing, revenue, and billing
Drive alignment between contract lines, project structures, billing events, funding, and revenue schedules to ensure contractual accuracy and financial completeness.
Ensure correct configuration of Performance Obligations (POBs), billing methods, and contractual milestones to support fulfilment, revenue recognition, and compliance.
Project Contracts Lifecycle Management
Lead the functional intake, validation, and maintenance of customer contracts, SOWs, amendments, change orders, and project-related commercial documents within Oracle Fusion.
Ensure contract terms are accurately represented through:
contract header/line setup
billing controls
funding approvals
POB mapping and RMCS integration
Support contract amendments, extensions, and scope changes, ensuring downstream project, fulfilment, and revenue impacts are correctly implemented.
Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to ensure contract governance, audit readiness, and financial controls.
Fulfilment & Project Delivery Enablement
Support the full Contract‑to‑Project lifecycle, ensuring project setup, work breakdown structures, funding, billing rules, and delivery tasks accurately reflect contractual commitments.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, manage service requests (SRs), and support enhancements across project execution, billing, revenue processing, fulfilment workflows, and contract operations.
Ensure consistent application of delivery and fulfilment policies related to billing milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery dependencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Legal, Services/Delivery, Order Management, and Finance to translate fulfilment, project, contract, and revenue requirements into functional system solutions.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for Project Contracts, PPM, and RMCS, including:
contract structuring and modelling
POB assignment and contract identification
billing formats and invoicing rules
project operationalisation and delivery compliance
Support business teams with contract interpretation, PPM structures, and revenue impacts.
Cloud Release & Change Management
Participate in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, focusing on testing, documenting, and communicating impacts to Project Contracts, PPM, RMCS, and related fulfilment workflows.
Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives across the contract, delivery, and revenue lifecycle.
Essential Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, ideally including Project Contracts, PPM, RMCS, Order Management, or Projects.
Strong understanding of the Contract‑to‑Fulfilment and Contract‑to‑Revenue lifecycles, including:
contract validation and structuring
funding and project setup
fulfilment and delivery tracking
billing and revenue recognition
operational and financial handover
Experience working with global business stakeholders and distributed teams.
Knowledge of integrated processes across Sales, Legal, Services/Delivery, Finance, and Order Management.
Familiarity with change management, compliance, audit requirements, and financial controls.
Fluency in English.
