<\/li>- Payroll\n Configuration & Processing:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Ability to\n configure payroll elements, fast formulas, payroll flows, consolidation\n groups, payroll definitions, and run payroll cycles including costing and\n reconciliation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support Project\n Delivery:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Experience in managing and resolving L1/L2/L3 support\n tickets, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with Oracle Support\n (SRs), and ensuring SLA adherence on Oracle Fusion HCM support\n engagements.<\/span><\/span>
