and run data validation and\nreconciliation activities critical during UAT, go\-live, and post\-migration\nphases.<\/span><\/span> \u2022 Stakeholder\nManagement & Issue Escalation:<\/b> Strong communication skills to liaise\nwith HR business owners, IT teams, and Oracle Support;
