Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h1>We are looking for a motivated Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead with strong expertise in enterprise reporting across Finance and SCM domains. As a Reporting Lead, you will drive end\-to\-end reporting strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, and ensure optimized, scalable, and efficient reporting solutions across modules.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with business stakeholders to gather and rationalize reporting requirements across Finance, SCM, PPM, RMCS, and Subscription modules<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Define and drive reporting strategy ensuring optimal number of reports with minimal redundancy<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze existing reports for consolidation, standardization, and optimization<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting designs<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with developers (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW) to ensure delivery<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish governance for report lifecycle and prioritization<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support UAT validation and business sign\-offs<\/span>

<\/p>Skill Requirements<\/span>
<\/h2>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years experience in Oracle ERP with focus on Fusion Reporting<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong functional understanding of Finance and SCM including PPM, RMCS, Subscription<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong stakeholder management<\/span>
<\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in reporting optimization initiatives<\/span>
