Join Our Team as an Order Fulfillment Officer (Maternity Cover)!

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Officer to join our team on a maternity cover contract from 15-June to15-December. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient processing of customer orders from entry to delivery. Your proactive approach in managing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and coordinating with internal teams will be key to maintaining our high service standards.

To recognize your contribution, a completion bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary will be awarded at the end of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring smooth execution from entry through fulfillment.
  • Customer Support: Professionally handle inquiries related to product availability, order status, and service issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, provide timely solutions, and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of orders, transactions, and communications for transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with customers, dealers, and partners through effective communication and support.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in order processing, customer support, or a related field.
  • Minimum A-Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional customer interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle order-related concerns effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems for order management.
