Order Management Specialist:
Responsible for implementing sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Coordinates and oversees manual and automated sales orders across all channels, including returns, ensuring end-to-end order management and process integrity.
Manages the administrative flow of sales orders from intake to revenue recognition, monitoring order status, handling exceptions, and ensuring operational continuity.
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing by monitoring pending invoices, resolving issues with stakeholders, and preventing billing delays.
Processes requests in line with established procedures, including returns, credits, debits, and free-of-charge transactions, ensuring accurate and compliant execution.
Collaborates proactively with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain accurate sales order records, prevent escalations, and support efficient order and logistics processes.
You're the right fit if:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or similar areas for candidates with Vocational Education; no prior experience required for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, logistics operations, and administrative business processes.
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
