Your role

  • Ensuring accurate and timely order entry in SAP

  • Coordinating the end-to-end order delivery process

  • Cooperating closely with key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse teams, Carriers, Accounting)

  • Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manner

  • Maintaining strong and professional relationships with customers

  • Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives

You’re the right fit if

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience

  • You bring previous experience in Order Management (considered a plus)

  • You have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

  • You have a very good level of MS Office

  • You are familiar with SAP tool (considered a plus)

  • You bring good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

  • You have English at B2 level and Italian at C1 level

  • You have knowledge of logistics or supply chain (nice to have)

  • You bring cultural awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
