Order Selector 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Overview
A Selector will pick cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. You will stack items on pallets, tag them, bring them to the wapping machine and bring completed orders to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, readied for shipment in a timely manner. Observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM/until finished
Schedule: One week day off and Saturday off

Responsibilities
- Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner to enter random weight products.
- Stack cases of various shapes and weights on a pallet neatly and efficiently, fully hand wrap and tag pallets after completing each order and transport the pallets to the correct loading door.
- Order selectors will be loading and driving the reach lift as needed.
- Ability to maintain a minimum weekly productivity average of 155 cases/hour.
- Order selectors may be trained to perform other tasks. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Loading – scan and confirm pallets to the correct trailer and in the correct position. Checking the quality of each pallet and report issues, such as damages and instability to the supervisor.
- Stand up lift truck operation – assist selectors by retrieving and scanning pallets from upper level reserve slots and confirming them into lower level pick slots.
- May be required to perform other assignments requested by the manager, within the scope of the function/department and with the proper training, as needed.
