  • Job Title: Organic Performance Strategist

  • Location: Remote EMEA – European Time Zones (CET). Candidates must be eligible to work from a country within the Central European Time (CET) band where Randstad operates (e.g., The Netherlands, Germany, UK, Portugal).

  • Working Conditions: Full-time remote/hybrid flexibility. This role requires core availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours (e.g., 09:00 – 17:00 CET) to collaborate effectively with our Global Growth Performance Center of Excellence (CoE).

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Reporting To: Global Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) for Growth Performance

How will you transform our organic ecosystem?

  • Scale from SEO to GEO: You will ensure our global web platforms and digital marketplaces are optimized by design to be prominently featured and quoted across modern AI discovery engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

  • Architect Programmatic SEO (pSEO): You will design scalable, database-driven programmatic strategies and automation workflows to capture long-tail, high-intent traffic across multiple global markets.

  • Productize SEO/GEO Services: You will design, launch, and optimize a comprehensive SEO/GEO Service Catalog, turning organic performance into high-ROI, managed shared services delivered via our GCC.

  • Drive Global Adoption: You will act as the global evangelist for the Growth Performance CoE, navigating diverse regional realities to drive full adoption of centralized organic strategies across decentralized international teams.

  • Future-Proof the Brand: You will proactively defend our global ecosystem against zero-click searches, algorithm shifts, and changing search behaviors.

What extensive experience do you need?

  • 10+ Years of Global Leadership: Proven track record of high-level SEO and organic growth management within a matrixed, international corporate environment across multiple websites.

  • Digital Marketplace Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience scaling organic performance specifically for large-scale digital marketplaces, job boards, or aggregator platforms.

  • Change Management Mastery: Documented success driving tool and service adoption across decentralized global stakeholders.

What technical and strategic skills are required?

  • App Ecosystem Fluency: Strong experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) and driving organic growth for mobile applications alongside traditional web ecosystems.

  • AI Fluency & Technical Mastery: Advanced understanding of technical SEO best practices paired with a keen, proactive interest in new AI-driven search models.

  • Analytical Mindset: A "data lover" who converts cross-market insights into actionable targets and clear operational blueprints.

  • Flawless Project Management: Deeply entrenched project management and analytical skills to align complex web and app architectures with concrete business goals.
