Organizational Strategy & Change Management Specialist (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives

Translate business strategies into practical organizational design and change management solutions

Review and improve organizational structures, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and employee engagement

Support restructuring, job architecture, and organizational development projects aligned with business goals

Maintain organizational design standards, processes, and related tools

Develop and implement change management plans to support adoption and smooth transitions

Support business transformation projects including reorganizations, new business setup, mergers, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment during change initiatives
