Position Summary<\/b>
<\/h3>

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing high\-quality occupational therapy services to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning. This role focuses on promoting independence in self\-care, daily living activities, and overall quality of life.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
    <\/li>
  • Implement therapy programs designed to improve functional independence
    <\/li>
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    <\/li>
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and goals
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
    <\/li>
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy aides, as applicable
    <\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      Certificate\nor degree from an accredited occupational therapy school. Preferably two years\nof clinical experience (if applicable). Licensed by the state in which the\nOccupational Therapist resides or practices, if state requires, and has\nreceived certification from the National Board for Certification in\nOccupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).<\/span>
