Position Summary<\/b>

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT)<\/b> to join our Wilmington team. This position offers flexibility with part\-time outpatient opportunities<\/b> as well as PRN weekday coverage in skilled settings<\/b>.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living and functional activities
    <\/li>
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    <\/li>
  • Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
    <\/li>
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
    <\/li>
  • Support a positive and encouraging clinical environment aligned with our Christ\-centered mission

    Requirements<\/h3>

    <\/div>
    • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in North Carolina
      <\/li>
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      <\/li>
    • Passion for patient care and functional rehabilitation
      <\/li>
    • Previous outpatient or skilled experience preferred (but not required
      <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
