Responsibilities will include:<\/span>

\u2022\tInitial problem definition and clarification through diagnostic testing and/or instructions from senior staff, and follow\-through to resolution.<\/span>

\u2022\tSupport, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tConfiguration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tSupport and maintain end\-user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tAssist in inventory and asset management for IIT resources, including software, servers, and workstations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tWork with a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes, and perform standard administration functions as needed.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tResolving cross\-functional issues at a technical level.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tCarry out industry\-standard tests to diagnose and resolve faults.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>
\u2022\tExplain technical solutions to non\-technical staff.<\/span>

\u2022\tGain in\-depth knowledge of the skills required to monitor and diagnose problems relating to technical areas.<\/span>
