About the role
The OU Tech Partner (India) supports the delivery, operation, and ongoing improvement of digital and technology solutions aligned to Organisational Unit (OU) priorities.
Reporting to a Senior OU Tech Partner, this role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and operational reliability. The OU Tech Partner helps ensure global digital products and platforms are implemented effectively in India, adopted by business users, and operated in line with Haleon standards.
The role requires strong collaboration with business teams, global product and platform partners, and vendors, with success measured through delivery quality, system stability, and stakeholder support.
Role Responsibilities
Delivery Support & Execution
Support delivery of assigned digital and technology initiatives across the OU.
Assist in translating requirements into delivery activities, supporting configuration, testing, and release activities.
Coordinate tasks across internal technology teams and vendors to support timely execution.
Track progress and issues, escalating risks or blockers as needed.
Business Collaboration
Work with OU business users to support requirements clarification, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
Act as a reliable day‑to‑day contact for defined systems, platforms, or workstreams.
Operations & Service Support
Monitor performance of owned systems and services, logging and supporting resolution of incidents and defects.
Support change, release, and operational processes in line with established standards.
Maintain required documentation and operational artefacts.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Follow secure‑by‑design practices and established governance, architecture, and compliance processes.
Support adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements for India‑based delivery.
Team & Capability Contribution
Contribute actively within Agile or hybrid delivery teams.
Build platform, domain, and delivery knowledge through hands‑on experience.
Support continuous improvement and positive team culture within the OU Tech Partner community.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
2–4 years’ experience in digital, technology delivery, or IT support roles.
Exposure to commercial platforms such as CRM, marketing technology, digital experience, analytics, or eCommerce.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams or vendors.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and operate in a fast‑paced, global environment.
