You’re a proactive and motivated outbound sales professional who enjoys building connections and creating new business opportunities. You’re comfortable reaching out to prospective clients, starting conversations, and identifying where our solutions can bring value. You’re organized, persistent, and eager to grow your sales career in a fast-moving, international environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Qualify prospects and build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
Run introductory and discovery calls to understand client needs and identify potential fit
Present our digital advertising and content solutions in a clear and relevant way
Work closely with more senior sales team members to move opportunities forward and support the sales process
Keep CRM records up to date and maintain a structured approach to pipeline management
Follow up consistently with prospects and keep outreach activity at a high standard
Share market feedback and prospect insights with the wider team to help improve messaging and targeting
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support outbound campaigns and commercial goals
WHAT WE EXPECT
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, lead generation, or a similar B2B commercial role
Confidence in reaching out to new prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach activity in a structured way
A proactive attitude, persistence, and resilience in a role where consistency matters
Interest in digital marketing, advertising, media, or content-based solutions
Experience using a CRM system and keeping pipeline data up to date
A willingness to learn, take feedback well, and grow within a sales environment
Professional level of English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY
2400-3000 EUR/month + performance based bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences and bonuses.
