To further\nWadhwani Foundation\u2019s vision and outcomes, we are seeking a Outcomes\nAnalyst \u2013 Impact<\/b> to support the impact operations for the Foundation\u2019s\nskilling and job creation initiatives, across our\noperating geographies in India.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

This\nincumbent will play a critical role in measuring, analysing, and strengthening\nthe impact of hyperlocal skilling and job creation interventions. As part of a\nlarger team, the Outcome Analyst will ensure that program outcomes are\neffectively tracked, validated, and translated into actionable insights that\nimprove program design, delivery, and long\-term impact. One of the key\nfunctions for this role will be to support the connect between data, program execution,\nand strategy \u2014 ensuring concurrent data\-based advisory helps the initiative efforts\ntranslate into measurable KPIs/outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

A. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>Outcome Measurement & Monitoring<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support in implementation of frameworks to track program outcomes\n(e.g., employment rates, income changes, retention, enterprise sustainability).<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Timely monitoring and reporting of the program KPIs<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor program participant performances from start to end of the\nprescribed initiative journey, as per the approved approach and methodology.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Operationally manage periodic outcome validations through surveys,\ntele\-calling, and field visits, including those done through a third\-party.<\/span><\/span>

B. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Data Analysis & Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality assure, reference, analyse, and interpret program data to\nassess effectiveness.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensuring data pipeline connectivity to dashboards and\nmonthly/quarterly performance reports.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Engage with the Impact leads for the initiative to Identify\ntrends, drop\-off points, and bottlenecks in prescribed program pathways.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support in providing actionable recommendations to improve\nplacement and retention outcomes.<\/span><\/span>

C. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Field & Stakeholder\nCoordination<\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work in close coordination with the program managers, trainers,\nplacement officers, and field coordinators.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support local implementation teams with data\-backed insights.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaise with employers and community stakeholders to track job\nretention and satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct root\-cause analysis for underperforming geographies or\ncohorts.<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support in identification of any modifications/re\-alignments required\nin context of the geography of operation.<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Recommend modifications in curriculum, mobilization strategy, or\nemployer engagement.<\/span><\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support pilot testing of new skilling or job linkage\ninterventions.<\/span><\/span>

Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Economics, Development Studies,\nPublic Policy or related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3\u20135 years of experience in impact measurement, data analytics, or\nprogram analytics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience of working in skilling, livelihoods,\nworkforce development, job creation, or startups/ SMBs performance and growth\nprograms preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience of managing and analysing primary and\nsecondary data to generate timely and requirement specific insights<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience of working in a fast\-paced results\-driven\nenvironment preferred.<\/span><\/span>
