Join a fast-growing team promoting SkillsFuture-certified courses across Singapore, engaging with prospects to support registration and enrolment through islandwide events and roadshows.

Responsibilities

• Promote SkillsFuture-certified courses at booths and roadshows across Singapore to increase course awareness and enrolment
• Assist prospects with the registration and claiming processes to facilitate smooth course enrolment
• Validate prospect details accurately and perform timely follow-ups to ensure successful enrolment completion
• Collaborate with team members to achieve enrolment targets and maintain high customer engagement
• Manage time effectively to cover weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled

Work schedule

• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• Weekday shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
