Outdoor Sales Representative (FMCG)

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
  2. Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (Supermarket/retail or convenience store, etc)
  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
  4. Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  5. Fast response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors’ activities
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback
  7. Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
  8. Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
  9. Work closely with internal operations/ logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  10. Provide weekly & monthly sales reports to management
  11. Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
  12. Stay up to date with industry regulations and product developments

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Min 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG line
  • Well-presented, professional, and business savvy
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Like to meet & talk to people
  • Strong interpersonal & creative mindset
  • Detail-oriented, “Hunter” mindset and result-driven
  • Self-motivated, proactive with initiative
  • Immediate or short notice preferred
