Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Identify and acquire space in shopping malls, corporate offices, and event venues for fundraising activities.
<\/li> - Secure long\-term paid permissions at subsidized rates and negotiate periods of complimentary space usage.
<\/li> - Partner with marketing teams to coordinate the production of fact sheets, newsletters, and promotional materials.
<\/li> - Manage technical setup requirements and logistics with external vendors for fundraising kiosks.
<\/li> - Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive outreach database of corporate and residential contacts.
<\/li> - Conduct twice\-weekly site visits to active locations to ensure high operational and quality standards.
<\/li> - Coordinate with operations and finance teams to reconcile donation data with site\-specific permissions.
<\/li> - Oversee the inventory, quality control, and maintenance of all physical kiosks and outreach collaterals.
<\/li> - Manage all vendor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of invoices.
<\/li> - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach initiatives with broader conservation and education goals.
