Outside Sales Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is looking for a construction equipment & concrete forming supply salesperson in the San Antonio area. Great place to work with over 35 locations spread throughout 14 different states. Experience in sales and construction is not a must but is preferred. Motivation, ability, and positive attitude are required. Excellent Compensation and benefits!

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
• Civil, paving, and tilt-up construction experience is a strong plus
• Existing contractor relationships in the San Antonio market are beneficial
• Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
• Ability to participate effectively as a team member
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
