Outside Sales Representative – Bobcat Equipment ($125K+ Opportunity)
Woods Machinery is family-owned equipment dealership seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow an established Bobcat territory in Central NJ. This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory
- Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers
- Conduct demos, job site visits, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotes and close deals
- Build long-term customer relationship
Ideal Background
- Equipment, construction, rental, truck, or B2B outside sales
- Experience managing a territory and closing deals
- Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped commission

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in equipment, construction, landscaping, truck, or similar sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, self-starter mindset
