We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scale-up in an Oversight Manager position. The role exists to provide independent oversight, governance and assurance across superannuation operations, ensuring services are delivered in line with regulatory obligations, service agreements and member expectations. And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic work mates! You’ll partner with teams across the business, as well as administrators, insurers and other service providers, to drive strong operational performance and member outcomes.

About The Role
As Oversight Manager, you’ll oversee the performance, governance and compliance of Future Group’s superannuation operations and service providers. You’ll monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, identify and escalate operational risks, coordinate audit and oversight programs, and ensure strong governance and regulatory outcomes.
You’ll act as a key contact for administrators and vendors, reviewing performance, challenging outcomes, facilitating governance forums and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders. You’ll also use operational insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, helping enhance member outcomes, service quality and operational efficiency.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships and using data and insights to drive better outcomes.
- You’re naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable balancing risk, governance and operational performance.

- Has 5+ years’ experience in superannuation operations oversight, service provider/vendor management, and risk, compliance or governance functions.
- Holds a relevant degree or equivalent industry experience and has strong stakeholder management, reporting and analytical skills.
- Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
- Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are:
Experience in a superannuation trustee office or fiduciary role, exposure to APRA or ASIC engagement, experience leading transformation or remediation programs, postgraduate qualifications, or governance, compliance or risk certifications.
