Owner Acquisition Manager – Latin America

Employment Type: Full-Time (48 hours/week)
Compensation: USD $700/month + Performance Bonuses

As we continue to expand across Latin America, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Owner Acquisition Manager to help us grow our portfolio of managed properties and develop long-term relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and real estate professionals.

Your Mission

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, nurture, and convert property owners into Corporate Stays management clients.

You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting our services, negotiating agreements, and guiding new owners through the onboarding process.

This is a sales-focused role with significant growth opportunities for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Property Owner Acquisition

  • Respond to inbound owner leads generated through our websites, advertising campaigns, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Conduct discovery calls with property owners and investors.
  • Understand owners' goals and present tailored management solutions.
  • Prepare and present revenue projections and investment recommendations.
  • Negotiate management agreements and close new partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM.

Business Development

  • Prospect new owners through LinkedIn, referrals, real estate networks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with real estate brokers, developers, investors, and relocation professionals.
  • Attend virtual networking events and support expansion initiatives across Latin America.

Cross-Selling Opportunities

  • Promote Casa Suarez furnishing packages to new property owners.
  • Promote Corporate Stays Home bedding and towel packages when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable conducting sales presentations and virtual meetings.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.

Preferred

  • Experience in property management, vacation rentals, Airbnb, real estate investment, hospitality, or furnished housing.
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience working with international clients and investors.

Compensation

Fixed Salary

  • USD $700 per month

Performance Bonuses

  • $50 for every furnishing package sold through Casa Suarez
  • $25 for every bedding & towel package sold (including sheets, towels, mattresses, and hospitality essentials) (Mandatory package to owners)

Example Monthly Earnings

A successful Owner Acquisition Manager who signs:

  • 10 new owners
  • 5 furnishing packages
  • 10 bedding packages

Would earn:

  • Base Salary: $700
  • Owner Bonuses: $250
  • Furnishing Bonuses: $250
  • Bedding Bonuses: $250

Total Monthly Compensation: $1,450
