Owner Experience Administrator
Your mission
As our Owner Experience Administrator, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our property owners by ensuring our owner information is accurate, organised and up to date.
Working within our Owner Experience team, you'll help maintain the quality of our homeowner records, support efficient communication, and ensure our internal systems reflect the latest information. Your work will help our teams provide a seamless service and allow us to build stronger relationships with our homeowners.
What you'll be doing
Deliver a consistently high-quality experience that strengthens homeowner satisfaction and retention
Transfer and organise Salesforce cases so they are linked to the correct homeowner accounts
Support the team by preparing and organising owner communications and email activity

Who we’re looking for
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in keeping information organised, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be comfortable working through a high volume of administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.

This role is full-time (35 hours) and temporary (until the end of September) and fully based in our Lowestoft office (Trinity House, Lowestoft, NR33 0SW).
