\n STARTING AUGUST, we are seeking a capable Yachtmaster\-qualified sailor/ allrounder crew member to join this beautiful Oyster 595 participating in the Oyster World Rally.<\/a>

\n The Role:<\/u>
<\/u>\n <\/div>\n
\n You will join as the 5th crew member onboard, taking on a dual role combining confident offshore sailing, cleaning and cooking responsibilities.
\n <\/div>\n
\n From a sailing perspective, you will be expected to stand independent watch, including solo watchkeeping on passage, and be trusted to make sound decisions to ensure the safe operation of the yacht.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Alongside this, you will be happy to take an active role in meal preparation, helping the owners plan and cook, while also contributing to general housekeeping and daily onboard routines.
\n <\/div>\n
\n This is a hands\-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable on deck and in the galley.

\n Due to the yacht\u2019s cabin configuration and existing crew dynamic, this role is best suited to a female candidate comfortable with a shared living arrangement that aligns with the current onboard setup.

Requirements<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • RYA Yachtmaster (Coastal/Offshore/Ocean) \u2013 Desirable<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • STCW and ENG1
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Strong watchkeeping experience with confidence standing solo watches
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ocean sailing experience preferred
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Proven ability and enthusiasm for cooking onboard for the team<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Willingness to assist with housekeeping and shared onboard duties
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Reliable, practical, and capable of good judgement under pressure<\/span>

  • Positive, team\-oriented mindset
