What You'll Do

As an Internship & Onboarding Coordinator, you will help manage the end-to-end internship process and ensure a positive experience for our interns and hiring managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating internship processes from onboarding to completion
  • Communicating with students, managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing internship agreements and onboarding documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems and trackers
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and labour-law requirements
  • Supporting various People & Organization projects and activities

Previous administrative experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will provide training and support to help you learn our processes.

What you bring

  • University student status or equivalent experience
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • English at B2 level or above, fluent Czech language
