Responsibilities

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Lead a Sales Team – Recruit, train, and mentor a team of independent producers.

  • Drive Personal Sales – Meet with clients (in person or virtually), assess needs, and offer best-fit solutions from 250+ carriers.

  • Develop Business Strategy – Set weekly/monthly goals for growth, production, and team expansion.

  • Manage Client Relationships – Maintain strong, trust-based relationships to ensure retention and referral business.

  • Track Performance Metrics – Use CRM and internal tools to monitor sales activity, pipeline, and results.

  • Stay Compliant – Ensure ethical practices and compliance with all state licensing and regulatory requirements.

  • Expand Partnerships – Leverage national relationships with veteran and fraternal organizations to generate high-quality leads.

  • Promote Ownership Culture – Foster a mindset of leadership, accountability, and long-term vision in your team.
