What you’ll be doing
Acting as a trusted right-hand support to the Commercial Director, managing a complex diary, prioritising commitments and ensuring they’re fully prepared for meetings and key activities
Keeping things running smoothly day-to-day by handling communications, preparing high-quality documents and presentations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinating meetings, capturing actions and tracking progress to support delivery across the commercial function
Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, confidently acting as a first point of contact and representing the Director in a professional and approachable way
Playing a key role in people and organisational activities, including onboarding new starters, supporting internal processes, and helping deliver team events and initiatives
Supporting the wider commercial team with diary management, meeting coordination and general administrative support
Organising travel, events and logistics, often managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Helping maintain an efficient, well-organised office environment, ensuring systems, resources and processes are in place to support the team
