Packaging and Field Operations Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Responsibilities (Primary \u2013 80%):
<\/div>
 Packaging, labeling, and sealing of health gummy product samples as per quality, hygiene, and safety standards
<\/div>
 Ensuring proper handling, storage, and cleanliness in the packaging area
<\/div>
 Verifying batch details, quantities, and reporting discrepancies or quality concerns Field Operations (Secondary \u2013 20%):
<\/div>
 Movement and coordination of product samples only between company branches
<\/div>
 Supporting internal teams during sample transfers
<\/div>
 Assisting with basic field and operational tasks as assigned
<\/div>

Other Details:
<\/div>
 Engagement as a trainee for the first 6 months
<\/div>
 Stipend/Salary during trainee period
<\/div>
 After 6 months, an appraisal will be conducted. Based on performance and business requirements, the role can be converted to a full\-time position, with revised salary and responsibilities, including possible deployment in the production line

 B.Sc graduates
<\/div>
 Freshers are welcome to apply

 Comfortable working in a manufacturing unit environment
<\/div>
 Comfortable with hands\-on packaging work
<\/div>
 Willingness to travel occasionally for product sample movement
<\/div>
 Must own a two\-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
<\/div>
 Physically fit, detail\-oriented, and disciplined
<\/div>
 Basic communication and coordination skills
<\/div><\/span>
