Key Duties & Responsibilities

\u2022 Pack all finished ceramic stock according to Rialheim quality and packaging standards
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Allocate, track, and manage Work\-in\-Progress (WIP) across production stages
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Label, organise, and store packed stock correctly within the studio
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate with production teams to prioritise urgent or deadline\-driven items
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Ensure fragile handling protocols are followed at all times
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Assist with stock preparation for dispatch and internal transfers
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Support quality control by identifying and flagging defects, damage, or inconsistencies
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation in packing and storage areas
<\/div>
<\/div>
\u2022 Assist with weekly stocktakes when required
<\/div><\/span>
