Your Role & Responsibilities

As our new colleague, you will be the engine behind our paid advertising channels. Your primary focus will be setting up, managing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns to ensure our growth continues.

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.

  • Data & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.

  • Creative Hook Strategy: Collaborate with our creative team to give feedback on what visual assets and copy perform best, helping shape the next winning ad creatives.

  • A/B Testing: Continuously test new audiences, ad formats, hooks, and landing pages to find what truly converts.

  • Reporting: Maintain clear overviews of performance data and share insights on how we can scale our budget efficiently.


Who Are You?

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You love digging into the numbers and understand terms like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and Pixel tracking.

  • Ad Account Navigator: You already have hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.

  • Analytical & Proactive: You don't just look at a dropping trend—you actively figure out why it's happening and how to fix it.

  • Creative Understanding: While you might not build the videos yourself, you know exactly what hooks and angles make a user stop scrolling.

  • Organized & Independent: You can manage your own budget allocations and take full responsibility for your campaign areas.
