About the role
We're looking for a senior Paid Media Lead to own performance marketing across our paid channels. You'll set paid strategy, run the day-to-day across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, and own the paid budget end to end — from forecasting and pacing to attribution and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be the most senior paid expert in the business and the single point of accountability for paid-acquisition performance.
You'll work closely with the commercial and sales teams, sit on the recurring acquisition and platform-partner calls (e.g. Google), and play a central role in both our B2C and B2B initiatives.
What you'll own
- Paid media strategy across all channels — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) as the primary channels, with lighter-touch activity across Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok — all aligned to acquisition and revenue targets.
- Full budget ownership — forecasting, pacing, and allocation of paid spend across channels, including ringfencing budget for speculative and test activity.
- Campaign build and optimisation — structuring, launching, and iterating campaigns; managing bids, audiences, creative testing, and landing-page alignment.
- Measurement and attribution — owning paid reporting through GA4 and platform dashboards, reconciling click-to-session gaps, and translating data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Partner relationships — representing us on platform-partner and acquisition-alignment calls, and managing agency or freelance support where used.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in paid media / PPC, with a track record owning significant monthly spend across Meta and Google.
- Deep, hands-on platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search + PMax), and GA4. Working familiarity with Pinterest, LinkedIn, and/or TikTok Ads a plus.
- Strong commercial instinct — comfortable being measured on CPA, ROAS, and revenue, not just clicks.
- Fluent with analytics and attribution; able to interrogate data, spot what matters, and act on it.
- Confident operating independently and setting the agenda — this is a lead role, not a support one.
