Painter - 2nd Shift
Painter
Location: New Lisbon, WI - Merchandiser Facility
Shift: 2nd (1:00pm - 9:30pm)
Responsibilities:
Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking, and following paperwork
Paint Units
Change out paints
Clean paint and wash equipment
Repair damaged units
Use proper technique using putty and fillers
Perform Paint PMs as assigned
Conduct Paint Inventory
Must be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or lead
Work on front assembly line as required
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
Must possess a cooperative attitude
Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
Must be able to understand and execute instructions
Must be able to operate washer and painting equipment
Must have high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and be a self starter
Must be able to wear all safety equipment including breathable air hood and half masks
Essential Functions:
Must be willing and able to work in warm environment during summer months
Paint experience strongly preferred
Ability to lift/push pull 50-100 lbs., plus on a continual basis.
Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to use repetitive motions.
Ability to be on time and at work daily.
Must have a flexible work schedule.
