Responsibilities:

职位概述
负责结晶、焙烧及燃烧工序的日常操作与监控，确保生产过程安全、高效、稳定运行，并达到产品质量标准。

岗位职责
1. **设备操作与维护：**
* 严格按照操作规程，对结晶、焙烧和燃烧设备进行启动、运行、停止及异常处理。
* 负责设备的日常巡检、清洁、维护保养，并协助工程师进行设备故障诊断与维修。
* 定期检查各仪表、阀门、管道等部件的运行状态，确保其功能正常。
2. **生产过程监控：**
* 密切关注生产参数（如温度、压力、流量、液位等），及时记录并调整，确保工艺参数符合要求。
* 识别并处理生产过程中的异常情况，如设备过热、泄漏、物料堵塞等，并及时上报。
* 配合化验室人员进行取样，确保样品代表性。
3. **安全与环保：**
* 严格遵守公司各项安全生产规章制度，熟练使用安全防护用品。
* 参与安全检查，发现并消除潜在安全隐患。
* 负责本岗位区域的环境卫生，确保生产现场整洁有序，符合环保要求。
4. **记录与报告：**
* 准确、及时填写生产记录、交接班记录及其他相关报表。
* 向上级汇报生产运行情况、异常事件及处理结果。
5. **团队协作：**
* 积极配合班组长及工程师的工作安排，与其他岗位人员紧密协作。
* 参与班组会议和培训，提升专业技能和安全意识。

任职资格
1. **学历与专业：** 中专及以上学历，过程控制、化学工程、高分子材料、机械或相关工程类专业优先。
2. **工作经验：** 1年以上化工、纤维或相关行业生产操作经验者优先，有结晶、焙烧或燃烧设备操作经验者优先。
3. **技能要求：**
* 具备基本的化学化工知识，了解结晶、焙烧及燃烧工艺原理。
* 熟悉DCS/PLC操作界面及基本操作（有经验者优先）。
* 具备一定的设备维护保养知识和动手能力。
* 能读懂工艺流程图和设备布置图。
4. **个人素质：**
* 责任心强，工作细致认真，严谨踏实。
* 具备良好的安全意识和团队协作精神。
* 能适应倒班工作制。
* 身体健康，能适应生产现场工作环境。
