Paralegal

Creation / revision and formatting of complex legal documents;
Researches background information related to legal issues, gathers
records and files and puts information together; Drafts routine
contracts or legal agreements; Preparation of minute books and closing
documents; Heavy transcription and filing; Basic paralegal duties
supporting high level partners Must have 5+ years of related research
experience regarding companies and individuals highly preferred
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Experience managing and coordinating large document compilations and mail outs,
Individual
MUST have solid prior job tenure, possesses a high degree of
self-directed initiative and individual judgment; and have exceptional
communication and organizational skills
Exceptional typing skills required (minimum 80+ wpm)
