Paralegal

Our Client, a Prestigious Law Firm is seeking for a Paralegal to support the growing team in the Banking Practice.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• The successful incumbent will be assisting the Banking team in paralegal duties
• She/He will be involved in preparation of engagement letters and first draft documents
• Liaise with clients and service providers
• Manage the compliance process and ensure that best practices are in place at all times

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Law/Paralegal studies or any other related field
• Possess at least 3 to 5 years of related experience in a law firm or In-house environment
• Good written and spoken ability in English
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking clients
• Ability to do good research work
