As a Park Ambassador, you’ll be at the heart of our award-winning adventure park—welcoming guests, promoting safety, guiding them through our Adventure Elements, and helping create unforgettable experiences at the top of the Smokies.

Responsibilities

Greet and educate guests about Adventure Elements including TreeVenture, BearVenture, Astra Lumina, and BirdVenture.

Open and close adventure areas according to daily operating schedules.

Monitor guest activity and ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.

Provide helpful park knowledge, wildlife facts, scenic recommendations, and photo opportunities.

Serve as an approachable and reliable source of guest assistance throughout the day.

Deliver clear safety instructions and confidently enforce posted regulations.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude—even during peak visitation times.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
