PART Program Manager

We are looking for an outgoing professional with strong program management instincts, high analytical capacity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the WW Sales Finance organization. In this role, you will be embedded at the intersection of finance domain expertise and AI product development — serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the teams building next-generation AI tools for finance. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution and coordination of our AI-powered finance roadmap, ensuring work is moving forward with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets, generated from equally complex business processes, in order to drive insights and inform product decisions. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or BS/MS in STEM or a quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research) Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to change direction quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling A basic understanding of data design pattern differences between transactional ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and analytical data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about how large language models and AI-powered tools can be applied to financial analysis and reporting Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets Experience with program management tools and methodologies Experience with data analytics tools and languages (e.g. R, Python) Experience building interactive data visualizations and strong storytelling skills (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit)
