Permanent Part-Time Admin Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant for a long-term part-time position.
Commitment Requirements: Long-term availability
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Weekends: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Locations:
West Coast Plaza
Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday / 2 to 5 days per week
Compensation:
$10 - $12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tuition enquiries
- Collect payments
- Photocopy, scan, and file documents
- Coordinate classes between tutors, parents, and students
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
