Part Time Admin & Operation Executive

Responsibilities

Job scope includes adminwork

· Assist in preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Orders, processing customer orders, and invoicing customers.

· Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders

· Maintain a properfiling system for invoices and documents basedon projects.

· Provide administrative supportand coordinate betweenthe project team and externalcustomers.

· Perform data entry work to ensurethe accuracy and confidentiality of the information captured in thesystem.

· Support all administrative and backend functionsfor the group.

· Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· Atleast a Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Self-motivated and dynamicpersonality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.

· Good analytical and problem solvingskills.

· Ability to maintaina positive attitudeat all times.
