Part-Time Aftercare Staff at Berean Christian School

Berean Christian School is seeking aftercare personnel who are enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, dependable, and possess an excellent work ethic. Individuals will supervise students during aftercare, providing a fun and safe environment for them. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and instill positive behavior management techniques. Hours will be from 2:30pm-6:00pm.

Basic job responsibilities include:

- At all times supervise students under your care.

- Maintain safety for the students and staff at all times.

- Use appropriate strategies to assist children with inappropriate behavior.

- When accidents/injuries occur, complete an accident/incident report.

- Any other duties assigned by the Aftercare Supervisor or BCS Administration.
