3 Months Temporary Pastry Assistant

Job Description:

- Preparation of ingredients according to recipes.

- Assist in the decoration of baked goods which includes frosting, icing and adding of other decorative elements.

- Support the full-time pastry chefs and bakers in the various tasks such as mixing and baking.

- Packaging and labelling of baked goods.

- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace area, tools and equipments.

- Assist in other general kitchen duties and tasks as and when needed such as washing dishes, taking out the trash and organisation.

Skills and Qualities Required:

* Teamwork and Communication - Able to work well with others and communicate effectively.

* Attention to Detail - Accuracy in following recipes and instructions.

* Time Management - Able to work efficiently both within a team and individually.

* Passion for Baking - A genuine interest in baking and pastry arts is a plus.

Able to work 4 days a week and 6-8 hrs a day.

Able to start work on last week of April.
